Hello Friends,

I'm Sandy!

Sandy Tut is the founder of Sacred Air, a Yin Yoga and Sound Bath studio in Kensington, Calgary, located inside The Psychology Group.

Her work sits at the meeting point of physiology and stillness: structured, unhurried practices that help busy minds and bodies downshift.

Her Wednesday evening Yin and Sound Bath journey has become a Kensington staple, known for its candlelit calm and her simple standard: your peace is her protection.

Sandy works with individuals, couples, and organizations, and partners with local businesses to bring restorative experiences to their clients and teams. Every private engagement begins with a complimentary consultation, so each journey is shaped around the people in the room.

Why Sacred Air?

To Empower a Growth Mindset, With Ease

Breath

Drawing from pranayama, the practice of working with life force energy, our work begins with the breath - the gateway to regulating the nervous system and returning to the body. Sacred Air is built on this principle that when the breath shifts, everything shifts.

Movement

To move through stress, change, growth and still find your way back to calm.

Sound

Each experience blends yoga, sound, and somatic practices to create a deeply immersive space for calm, clarity, and release.

Meditation

This work isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you are, underneath the noise.

We truly seek to offer something distinct from traditional studio classes.

If you're here, you're already on that path.

My promise to you, because your peace is my protection. “If you don’t find peace you don’t pay”. Sandy Tut
