About
Sandy Tut is the founder of Sacred Air, a Calgary-based wellness space dedicated to helping people reconnect to themselves through intentional, body-based practices. Her work blends yoga, breathwork, sound, and somatic techniques to support nervous system regulation, clarity, and a deeper sense of calm—offering a grounded approach to modern wellness.
Before founding Sacred Air, Sandy spent over a decade in corporate roles with Pfizer and Bayer. It was there she recognized the importance of integrating performance with recovery, and the role daily practices play in sustaining both. With nearly 20 years of personal practice and advanced training as a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, her work continues to evolve through ongoing study, travel, and lived experience.
Each offering is designed as an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to what matters.

Why Sacred Air?
Drawing from pranayama, the practice of working with life force energy our work begins with the breath as the gateway to regulating the nervous system and returning to the body. Sacred Air is built on this principle that when the breath shifts, everything shifts. Each experience blends yoga, sound, and somatic practices to create a deeply immersive space for calm, clarity, and release. We truly seek to offer something distinct from traditional studio classes. To move through stress, change, growth and still find your way back to calm. This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are, underneath the noise.
If you’re here, you’re already on that path.
