Cancellation Policy

Package Inclusions: your package includes select Sound Bath and Yin Yoga sessions as outlined at purchase. Sessions must be used within the month and do not roll over unless otherwise noted. Booking & Rescheduling: all classes must be booked in advance. You may reschedule up to 24 hours prior. Late cancellations and missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: doors close at the session start time to preserve the experience. Late arrivals and no-shows are considered missed classes. Auto-Renewal (If Applicable): packages renew monthly on the original purchase date. Cancel anytime with at least 1 business day’s notice before your next billing cycle. Important Notes: packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Exceptions for emergencies may be considered case by case. Thank you for respecting the flow and rhythm of our community.
