Cancellation Policy
Sacred Air – Monthly Sound Bath & Yin Package Policy Thank you for investing in your wellness with our monthly Sound Bath & Yin packages. To ensure the best experience for you and all guests, please review our policy below: Package Inclusions Your monthly package includes access to select Sound Bath and Yin Yoga sessions as outlined at time of purchase. Sessions must be used within the month of purchase and do not roll over into the following month unless otherwise noted. Booking & Rescheduling All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system. If you are unable to attend a class, you may reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts. Missed classes or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Doors close at the session start time to preserve the meditative experience. Late arrivals and no-shows will be considered a missed class and are not eligible for credit or refund. Auto-Renewal (If Applicable) If your package is on auto-renew, you will be charged monthly on the original purchase date. You can cancel your package at any time with at least 1 business days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Important Notes Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Exceptions for emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to creating a supportive space for your nervous system and spiritual healing journey.
