Experience the serenity of our mattresses while taking a moment to pause, reset and find calm. The experience will feature: An introductory Yin Yoga session (slow stretching in a mostly supine position) on a carefully matched Black Sheep Mattress (no yoga mat required). A fully guided Sound Bath led by our partner Sacred Air, designed to promote deep relaxation and restoration all atop your Black Sheep Mattress. To close the evening on a sweet note, tea and curated takeaway treats for you to enjoy.
